Who are you? Describe the key people, NASA and non-NASA organizations, and other partners involved in the development or use of the instrument.
What are you doing? Describe the instrument you are designing, building, testing, and/or operating.
How long have you been doing it? Provide a bit of background. What are the origins of the project? Why and when did it come about?
Why are you doing it? Talk a bit about the science goals of your project or instrument. (You can discuss this in greater detail on your Science page.)
